- Confirmation Message/CallWe usually send a confirmation message or call you on the phone number you provided.This is to double-check your order details, delivery address, and payment method (usually Cash on Delivery).
- Order Number / TrackingOnce confirmed, you may get an order number or tracking ID (if available with courier).This will help you track your parcel until delivery.
- Courier UpdateWhen your order is dispatched, you’ll often get an SMS from the courier service (like Leopards, TCS, etc.).
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

- Before DispatchIf the parcel hasn’t been handed over to the courier, we’ll update your shipping address right away.

- Future Plan: If there’s strong demand, we may introduce international delivery through DHL/FedEx with advance online payment.
When will my order be shipped?

- Order ConfirmationAfter you place an order, our team confirms it with you by message or call.
- Processing TimeOrders are normally processed within 24 hours (on working days).
- Shipping / DispatchOnce confirmed, we hand over your parcel to the courier within 1–2 working days.
- Delivery TimeWithin Pakistan: Delivery takes about 2–5 working days depending on your city and courier.Outside Pakistan: Currently not available (local delivery only).
What is your return policy?
🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
1. Hygiene & Safety
- For undergarments and intimate wear, returns are not accepted once the product is worn/used, for hygiene reasons.
2. Eligible for Exchange
- If you receive the wrong size, wrong item, or a damaged/defective piece, you can request an exchange.
- Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
3. Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.
- Customer needs to share order number + unboxing video/picture to confirm the issue.
4. Process
- Contact us via inbox/WhatsApp with your details.
- Our team will guide you on how to send the item back.
- Exchange shipping costs are usually paid by the customer, unless it was our mistake.
5. Refunds
- At the moment, cash refunds are not offered—only exchanges or store credit.
How long will it take until I receive my order?

- Dispatch: Orders are handed over to the courier in 1–2 working days.
- Delivery:Within Pakistan: Usually 2–5 working days (depends on your city & courier speed).Outside Pakistan: ❌ Not available yet (local shipping only).
👉 Example: If you order today and confirm, you’ll normally get your parcel within 3–6 days total.
